Design

The Arsenal Center for the Arts held their annual benefit and gave the Charles Mosesian Award for Support of the Arts to long-time supporter John Airasian in 2013. Honoring Mr. Airasian’s fondness of 1950s-1960s music and fashion, we created the theme Motown, Miniskirts, and the Moon Landing.

I came up with the design for the printed materials, which were also utilized in the decor for the evening. I was inspired by polka dots, mod design, vintage black & white photography, and chartreuse, which together said “yesterday and today” to me. We printed invitations, posters, postcards, and a 40-page program book, all of which I designed and saw through from concept to completion.
